Speaker A:

Hey, there.

Speaker A:

All right, welcome back to the Real truth about Business.

Speaker A:

Today, I want to chat with you guys about this unsettled feeling that many people are feeling.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

You're probably seeing it.

Speaker A:

I'm seeing it all over social people are, you know, maybe shifting gears, going back and getting a job, doing things that light them up, and just this overall feeling of, is this really what I want to do?

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

And I have been very open and honest and transparent that I have gone through my own journey with this, and I have done a lot of reflection.

Speaker A:

I've done a lot of pausing, and I've really had a lot of time to think about this, and I've had a lot of really big epiphanies.

Speaker A:

And I was actually.

Speaker A:

I'm literally recording this episode off the back end of a mastermind conversation inside a focus group visionary.

Speaker A:

And the one of them was like, I hope you had this recorded.

Speaker A:

So anyways, it was a pretty hot topic for me, and it's something that I feel very fired up about just with the state of the world where we are at and what business can be and what it needs to be for each individual person.

Speaker A:

All right, so this one's going to be a little bit spicy, but a really, really good one.

Speaker A:

You ready?

Speaker A:

Okay, we're diving in.

Speaker A:

All right, so I'm gonna eat crow a little bit here because I recorded an episode called Focus Beats Panic, right?

Speaker A:

And we were talking about the economic state and how you have to stay focused and not pivoting, not creating new offers and new.

Speaker A:

All these new things and everything else.

Speaker A:

And I do still firmly believe in that.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

And I want to be very clear on that.

Speaker A:

I want to.

Speaker A:

I really want to be clear on that.

Speaker A:

But I am also in a state, and I've had this massive epiphany within myself and in my.

Speaker A:

With my clients that we also have to have fun.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

And I think part of the problem, at least for me, what I am seeing and feeling, is that business doesn't feel fun right now for a lot of people.

Speaker A:

It just doesn't.

Speaker A:

It feels heavy.

Speaker A:

It feels desperate.

Speaker A:

It feels like, is this really what I want to be doing for the rest of my life?

Speaker A:

Like, am I really meant to do this?

Speaker A:

Am I meant to.

Speaker A:

You know, there's a little bit of a struggle, and I don't want to say that, but it's just really thinking about this just overall feeling of, is this what lights me up?

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

And I found myself in this situation, right.

Speaker A:

Of I'm going to only promote the focus visionary Accelerator.

Speaker A:

And if it's not the right program for you, then I'm sorry, but this is the only offer I have right now.

Speaker A:

And, you know, really staying true to it, okay?

Speaker A:

And I believe in that 100%.

Speaker A:

And I still really feel very strongly about my program.

Speaker A:

I actually just had a member.

Speaker A:

She was like, this is one of the best programs I've ever been in, right?

Speaker A:

So I do really still love it.

Speaker A:

But here's the other thing.

Speaker A:

I had an audience of people that were not quite ready for the Focus Visionary.

Speaker A:

And I had two choices, right?

Speaker A:

I could let them go, and I could let them figure it out on their own, or I could try to meet them where they're at, right?

Speaker A:

And so I chose to meet them where they're at, and I created a program.

Speaker A:

I created something new.

Speaker A:

And it's a bit of a pivot, but it's not really.

Speaker A:

It's like an entry point into the Focus Visionary.

Speaker A:

It's like step one A, right?

Speaker A:

Like, it's a intro to the.

Speaker A:

You know, think about, like, college courses.

Speaker A:

You have got, like, the intro, and then you've got 101, or then you've got Beginner, and then you've got Advanced or whatever.

Speaker A:

This is kind of like your introduction, type event or type program, all right?

Speaker A:

And one of the things that just keep coming, coming up for me is, like, I miss having fun, right?

Speaker A:

Like, I want to have fun in my business.

Speaker A:

I want to do things that light me up.

Speaker A:

I'm a generator in human design.

Speaker A:

So, you know that we like to respond.

Speaker A:

We like to do things that light us up.

Speaker A:

And I was not really having fun.

Speaker A:

Not that I wasn't having fun inside of the program, like, inside of fea, I was, but it was, like, feeling like I had to only have that as my only offer.

Speaker A:

Felt like I was putting myself in this box and I was letting these people down.

Speaker A:

That's what it felt like.

Speaker A:

It's like, I know I can help these people.

Speaker A:

I know that I have the ability to help them get through this hurdle.

Speaker A:

And.

Speaker A:

And yet I'm sitting here, you know, holding myself to something that was a rule that.

Speaker A:

Who put on me?

Speaker A:

Like, who?

Speaker A:

Nobody, right?

Speaker A:

Like, I put that on myself because I was like, well, I told everybody not to, you know, shift, and I told everybody not to panic.

Speaker A:

But here's the thing.

Speaker A:

This is not panic.

Speaker A:

This is about doing the things.

Speaker A:

This is about building a business that lights you up.

Speaker A:

This is about building a business that fits, feels good.

Speaker A:

This is about building a business from coming, like, from A place of service from a place of heart, from a place of integrity, right?

Speaker A:

And that's what I want you guys to understand.

Speaker A:

And what you want, I want you to hear in this episode is that you get to have fun, right?

Speaker A:

Like, you are passionate about the work that you do.

Speaker A:

That is why you started your business.

Speaker A:

So don't allow it to not be fun fun anymore, right?

Speaker A:

Because the other thing is, is that when you are not having fun, your creativity drains.

Speaker A:

Every task feels like a chore.

Speaker A:

You start to lose your motivation, you start to lose your momentum, right?

Speaker A:

And so one of, like, the biggest money mantras I have right now is the more fun I have, the more money I make, the more fun I have, the more money I make.

Speaker A:

I literally fall asleep saying that the more fun I have, the more money I make.

Speaker A:

And I am just really giving myself a gut check to say, like, do I want to do this?

Speaker A:

Do I want to help this person?

Speaker A:

Can I say yes to this?

Speaker A:

Does it feel fun?

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

Like, I've got a couple other things that I'm working on that I'm super excited about.

Speaker A:

I cannot wait to tell you, but they're not done yet, so I can't tell you.

Speaker A:

But I'm so, like, you hear the tone in my voice.

Speaker A:

Like, it lights me up.

Speaker A:

Like, I'm so freaking excited about it.

Speaker A:

Like, and even if it doesn't make me a million dollars, like, the thing about it is, is it makes me feel good and it makes me feel excited.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

And so I just want to share that.

Speaker A:

But also, we were having a conversation inside of fva and one of the clients said, like, I just feel like I am self sabotaging because I've got this other idea in my head that, that I really want to kind of take action on.

Speaker A:

But I feel like I've worked so hard to build my business to the place that it is now.

Speaker A:

And I feel like this is, like, a shift and I don't want people to think I'm crazy, right?

Speaker A:

And so here's what I also want to say about that, is one, it's nobody's effing business what you do with your business and what you decide to do to make money, right?

Speaker A:

Like, I feel very strongly that we are in the world.

Speaker A:

I.

Speaker A:

Again, I, you know, I don't talk politics.

Speaker A:

I'm not going to.

Speaker A:

And I don't give a shit what side of the coin you lie on with it, but there is a general consensus that the world is a little effed up right now, right?

Speaker A:

Like, no, Matter what.

Speaker A:

Like in general it's just a little bit different.

Speaker A:

And the other thing here is, and I told you this, this is a problem.

Speaker A:

When I get a little bit fired up, my episodes get a little ranty.

Speaker A:

So you.

Speaker A:

And they go all over the place.

Speaker A:

You just have to bear with me on this one because there's so good points here.

Speaker A:

But here's the other thing that I really reflected on and I was having this conversation with my co or my husband and I was telling this client, this conversation as well is in the online service based business industry, which most of you are in that.

Speaker A:

Listen, there have been things, there has not been a two or three years in a row recently where something that worked last year works this year, right?

Speaker A:

There is no consistency, right?

Speaker A:

Like you just start to get your groove and you create this program, right?

Speaker A:

Like you create this program and you feel like really good about it and you got your marketing dialed in and then all of a sudden this new year comes and the shit just does not work, right?

Speaker A:

And I can give you examples of this, right?

Speaker A:

Like for a while, low ticket was the be all, end all, the 27, 37, $47.

Speaker A:

Everybody sh.

Speaker A:

Like shifted to low ticket and it freaking worked.

Speaker A:

And it worked really well for a couple of years.

Speaker A:

And then for a couple of years memberships were the big thing, right?

Speaker A:

Like this reoccurring membership model the community.

Speaker A:

And then for.

Speaker A:

Then we switched to high ticket and then we switched to mid ticket, right?

Speaker A:

More of the group program.

Speaker A:

But then group programs go out and then one to one comes back.

Speaker A:

So here's the thing, like you can sit here and say, like, I only have this one style of program, but the reality is, is that the environment we are living in does not accommodate that.

Speaker A:

And so here's where I'm at, is I am at this place where I feel like I'm going to have offers so that no matter what the freaking economy throws at us, I've got something built and ready and waiting.

Speaker A:

But here's the big piece of this, is that you don't put them all out at once, okay?

Speaker A:

I am telling you guys right now, those that are listening, that I created this little entry point offer, right?

Speaker A:

But I have not shared about it publicly on any of my socials.

Speaker A:

You're not seeing me promote it in any of my emails if you're on my email list, which by the way, if you're not, jump on the email list because it's really good.

Speaker A:

But the other thing is, is that I have them, right?

Speaker A:

And they're available and I can meet people with where they are at.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

And I don't care anymore if it doesn't make sense.

Speaker A:

I don't care anymore if people tell me that's not what I should do.

Speaker A:

I don't care anymore if it's not what everybody else is doing.

Speaker A:

Here's what is.

Speaker A:

I do care about.

Speaker A:

I care about feeding my family.

Speaker A:

I care about having fun.

Speaker A:

I care about wanting to love this business and I care about serving people.

Speaker A:

I care about making sure that people have the ability and the access to the help that they deserve.

Speaker A:

And I'm going to do that in whatever way that's I need to do that.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

And so no.

Speaker A:

Am I going to change my website?

Speaker A:

Absolutely not.

Speaker A:

No freaking way.

Speaker A:

Am I going to give up on fba?

Speaker A:

No.

Speaker A:

No freaking way.

Speaker A:

I'm not giving up on that.

Speaker A:

Am I going to not offer one to one anymore?

Speaker A:

No.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

But it's not what every single person needs, okay?

Speaker A:

And right now I want to make money in a way that feels good, not what everybody else says I should be doing.

Speaker A:

All right?

Speaker A:

And I just feel like this is setting us up for massive success so that when life or when business or when the economy takes another turn, the offers are already there and created, right?

Speaker A:

I've got, I will have by the time I am done, and again, not publicly putting all of these out there, but by the time I am done, I will have a low ticket entry under $20.

Speaker A:

I will have a cohort based program which I don't love launch model, but it would be cohort based under a thousand dollars.

Speaker A:

I will have my signature offer at 3,000.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

I have a hybrid signature one to one at 5,000.

Speaker A:

So I have offers that meet everybody where they're at.

Speaker A:

But the other thing is here is that we are in a trust economy and we've talked about this before.

Speaker A:

And so all of these little offers help to build trust, right?

Speaker A:

Everything that I am doing is to pour value into people and to build trust.

Speaker A:

And that is what is more important to me right now versus what is being.

Speaker A:

Because at the end of the day, there is not one said thing right now that is working better than any other.

Speaker A:

There really isn't.

Speaker A:

And I can tell you this because I am really well connected to several people that have been in business equally as long as I have, if not longer.

Speaker A:

Some of them have been in the online space nine years, some of them been 15 years.

Speaker A:

And I'm telling you what, I am getting the same message from them that you've got A kind that they are all kind of, kind of in this state of like, let's just do what we feel is right.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

I got an email from a coach that I worked with last year.

Speaker A:

She was doing all this like all of a sudden, like her emails got, were super freaking weird and she was selling non freaking stop.

Speaker A:

And I was like, what is going on with her?

Speaker A:

And then she sent an email and she was like, was that awkward or what?

Speaker A:

And I was like, you know, I was reading this email thinking, wow, I'm glad you finally said it.

Speaker A:

Because she was like, this is not me.

Speaker A:

This is not who I am.

Speaker A:

This is not how I built my business.

Speaker A:

Like, I do not want to be sending you guys emails every day going, buy this, try this, buy this, try that.

Speaker A:

You know, but there was this energy of like, well, what's working?

Speaker A:

And so she just went back to like building trust.

Speaker A:

She went back to just sending emails that were story based, that were like, hey, here's what somebody was struggling with.

Speaker A:

Here's how we help them work through it.

Speaker A:

That's what people need and want right now.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

So I'm going to bring this back.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

But before I bring it back and give you some action steps, I just want you guys to understand that you get to enter into.

Speaker A:

I am wearing a shirt right now that says in my unapologetic era.

Speaker A:

And I do, I feel very unapologetic about this opinion and I really don't care, I literally don't care if other people agree with it or not.

Speaker A:

Because I am doing what is right for me and my family and my business right now and my clients.

Speaker A:

And that's all that freaking matters to me.

Speaker A:

And I also want you to just understand and remember that the only person that gets an opinion about what you freaking do to make money is you and potentially your partner or spouse or whoever that really important person is that you are responsible to.

Speaker A:

But that's it, right?

Speaker A:

Like every coach, your best friends, your colleagues, your clients, even that like they don't get to have an opinion about it.

Speaker A:

If you want to switch and you want to pivot, you want to have little back pocket offers, you want to have these little cash injection type things like nobody gets to have an opinion about it except for you.

Speaker A:

If it feels good to you, then freaking run with it, okay?

Speaker A:

Because honestly, it doesn't matter.

Speaker A:

You have got to do what you need to do.

Speaker A:

All right?

Speaker A:

So I want you to let go of the shoulds, the trap, that should trap of doing the things because you feel like you should what you see other people doing, the advice that other people are giving, okay, that is going to lead to burnout.

Speaker A:

It's learning to frustration.

Speaker A:

It's leading to lack of inspiration.

Speaker A:

It's leading to this state of, like, is this even really what I want to do?

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

And then I want you to check in with yourself.

Speaker A:

I want you to ask yourself, am I doing this because I enjoy it or because I feel obligated to it?

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

Like, is this fun?

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

Is this what lights me up?

Speaker A:

Is this what's driving me?

Speaker A:

And that offer that I'm super excited about, that I can't tell you about yet, it's not really an offer.

Speaker A:

It's just something.

Speaker A:

It's just fun.

Speaker A:

But anyways, included in that is something monthly.

Speaker A:

And I have had multiple people say to me, like, I wouldn't commit to that, Michelle.

Speaker A:

That's going to be a lot.

Speaker A:

You're going to not like it.

Speaker A:

And I love and respect that.

Speaker A:

I really do.

Speaker A:

I really do.

Speaker A:

And I give the same advice to a lot of people.

Speaker A:

But here's the thing.

Speaker A:

That stuff lights me up.

Speaker A:

I love it.

Speaker A:

I miss being able to connect with humans on a regular basis.

Speaker A:

I miss community.

Speaker A:

I am a relationship human driven person.

Speaker A:

And so I need to do things that are human driven, that are relationship driven.

Speaker A:

That is what lights me up.

Speaker A:

That is what's going to grow my business, right?

Speaker A:

The more fun I have, the more money I make.

Speaker A:

The more fun I have, the more money I make.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

So I want you to also, like, think about that.

Speaker A:

And I want you to trust your gut or whatever your decision maker is, right?

Speaker A:

Like, whatever that decision maker is, whether it's your head, your heart, your gut, whatever, like, listen to it and tune into it.

Speaker A:

Tune into it and start trusting it, right?

Speaker A:

Start trusting that you have the answers.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

Coaches and strategists and mentors and all these people, myself included in this, we are here to guide you.

Speaker A:

We are here to help you do the things that light you up.

Speaker A:

It is.

Speaker A:

We are not here to push our own agendas on you.

Speaker A:

The things that light me up are not the things that light you up.

Speaker A:

It is not my job to say to you, I think you should do this because this is what I love to do.

Speaker A:

That's not it.

Speaker A:

And if you are in a container or a space or a mentorship right now, where people are giving you that advice, get out, okay?

Speaker A:

End your contract, ask for an out, because it's not going to serve you, all right?

Speaker A:

It's going to lead to frustration.

Speaker A:

It's going to lead to this feeling of defeat.

Speaker A:

All right?

Speaker A:

And so the other thing is too, is like, how can you rethink what you are doing as work?

Speaker A:

Like, oh, my gosh, it's so much work, too.

Speaker A:

How can I re.

Speaker A:

Like, rephrase this and re.

Speaker A:

Energize.

Speaker A:

This is.

Speaker A:

This is fun, right?

Speaker A:

This is play.

Speaker A:

I get to go in and play all day long.

Speaker A:

And that's the thing, like, when you're having fun, it doesn't feel like work.

Speaker A:

But that is where I was at a couple of weeks ago is everything felt heavy.

Speaker A:

Everything felt like, oh, my gosh, I gotta get this done.

Speaker A:

Oh, my God, I gotta get this done.

Speaker A:

Oh, my God, I gotta get this done, right?

Speaker A:

And that feels like work, and that feels heavy.

Speaker A:

And then we.

Speaker A:

They don't like it.

Speaker A:

And so when you're having fun, everything feels like play, right?

Speaker A:

And we love to play.

Speaker A:

We love to be creative beings.

Speaker A:

We love to do these things.

Speaker A:

So I want you to give yourself the permission to go have fun, right?

Speaker A:

Do the things that bring you joy.

Speaker A:

And also just remember, I know this episode's gone all over the place.

Speaker A:

I probably should have made it two or three episodes because there was so much here.

Speaker A:

But hopefully you're.

Speaker A:

You're hearing what I am saying is that, you know, there's two key points here.

Speaker A:

I'm going to wrap this up, okay?

Speaker A:

I'm going to wrap it up.

Speaker A:

There's two key things here I want you to understand and what I really want you to take away from this episode.

Speaker A:

One, you get to have fun.

Speaker A:

Business gets to be fun.

Speaker A:

First and foremost, it gets to be fun.

Speaker A:

The second thing I want you to take away from this is that you get to meet people where they're at, okay?

Speaker A:

That does not mean you promote 25 things all at the same time, but you get to create offers that serve people in different places and spaces in business that allow you to be in your element, allow you to have fun, and allow you to make money, right?

Speaker A:

We get to make money.

Speaker A:

However the what?

Speaker A:

However the freaking damn.

Speaker A:

Well, we feel like making money, okay?

Speaker A:

That's really the key, right?

Speaker A:

Right there, first and foremost, is you get to make money in whatever freaking way possible you want, right?

Speaker A:

And it doesn't have to look any particular way because there are people out there.

Speaker A:

This is what we were laughing about on the call, on my focus vision.

Speaker A:

Like, there are legitimately people out there selling their boob sweat and pictures of their feet and all kinds of other really random crazy freaking.

Speaker A:

And I think to myself, like, wow, these people are selling pictures of their feet, and I'm over here trying to use my freaking brain and have integrity and share my skill.

Speaker A:

And these people are blowing me out of the water financially, right?

Speaker A:

Like, they're having fun, right?

Speaker A:

Like, they're doing the things that, like, for whatever reason, like, that they're doing it, and it's feeling good to them.

Speaker A:

And so.

Speaker A:

And I don't really give a shit, right?

Speaker A:

Like, go sell your.

Speaker A:

Go sell pictures of your feet.

Speaker A:

Go sell your boots.

Speaker A:

Why?

Speaker A:

I don't really care.

Speaker A:

Like, do you do what makes you happy?

Speaker A:

Do what serves you and your family?

Speaker A:

And there's an audience out there for everyone.

Speaker A:

And so I just want you to, like, really own that is.

Speaker A:

Like, I get to make money in whatever freaking way I want to, and as long as I'm having fun, that's what matters, right?

Speaker A:

And also, just people love to see other people having fun.

Speaker A:

And that in general, it just shifts the energy.

Speaker A:

It shifts the energy completely.

Speaker A:

Like, I went from, like, literally saying on LinkedIn, I am available for work to closing.

Speaker A:

I don't even know two or three new clients within a week just by switching my mindset to saying, the more fun I have, the more money I make.

Speaker A:

Like, let this be fun.

Speaker A:

Let it freaking be fun.

Speaker A:

It does not need to be so damn hard, and it doesn't have to be so mundane, and we don't have to stick ourselves in a box.

Speaker A:

So again, I am openly and honestly telling you I am eating a little bit of crow because I did say that we need to focus, and I still really feel strongly about that.

Speaker A:

But I also feel very strongly right now about meeting people where they're at.

Speaker A:

So go have fun, because your energy is contagious.

Speaker A:

When you're having fun, and that energy is going to shine through, you're going to feel lighter, you're going to sleep better.

Speaker A:

When you sleep better, your creative genius works a little bit better.

Speaker A:

You allow your mind to get creative.

Speaker A:

You allow for inspiration to come in.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

So here's what I want you to do.

Speaker A:

I want you to identify what lights you up.

Speaker A:

Take 10 minutes to reflect on the parts of your business that make you feel energized and excited.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

And I want you to keep a running list of this, and I want you to refer back to it often.

Speaker A:

I want you to really make sure, like, is this on my fun list?

Speaker A:

All right?

Speaker A:

And then I want you to ditch all the shoulds if you do not enjoy it or if you're feeling really called to create something New, but you know you shouldn't or you feel like you shouldn't.

Speaker A:

I want you to challenge your thinking on that, okay?

Speaker A:

I want you to challenge your thinking on that.

Speaker A:

If it lights you up and it feels good and it's nagging at you and you cannot get it out of your head, I want you to challenge the narrative that you should not do it.

Speaker A:

All right?

Speaker A:

Now I want you to make sure that you're thinking strategically about it.

Speaker A:

I want you to make sure that it's not just a distraction, right?

Speaker A:

But I also want you to just feel good about it, all right?

Speaker A:

Feel really good about it.

Speaker A:

And be open to the experimentation of new ideas.

Speaker A:

And it doesn't mean you have to go full bore and create something new.

Speaker A:

When I told you that I created a little program for an audience that I had, it was kind of an audience of people.

Speaker A:

I did not put it on my website.

Speaker A:

I don't intend to put it on my website.

Speaker A:

I don't intend to share it publicly.

Speaker A:

It's on a Google Doc and that's how I'm selling it, right?

Speaker A:

And it's in conversation of, hey, this is exactly how this was created.

Speaker A:

And this is what I just told one of my clients to do as well, is she has this kind of idea on her heart and it's driving, it's like really on her mind, in her heart a lot.

Speaker A:

And she's like, I just don't know how to create it.

Speaker A:

And I was like, don't create it, don't create it.

Speaker A:

Just, just share about it.

Speaker A:

I said, the next time you get on a call with somebody who is kind of sharing with you that they're struggling with the things that you want to like, help them with in this said new direction for you, I want you to just say, you know what?

Speaker A:

Hey, I was thinking, like, I have been seeing this as a struggle and I'm just really curious.

Speaker A:

If I offered you this and it included, it looked like this, do you feel like that would be something you'd be interested in?

Speaker A:

That's it.

Speaker A:

That's as easy as it needs to be.

Speaker A:

Experiment with it.

Speaker A:

See if you can get people to buy into it.

Speaker A:

You know, you don't have to create everything out of sheer perfection.

Speaker A:

Just ask people, do you think, like, this is something you'd be interested in?

Speaker A:

That is how I created this said little mini offer.

Speaker A:

It's like a summer sprint.

Speaker A:

I'm not trying to be cryptic about it.

Speaker A:

It's a 90 day summer sprint focused very heavily on offer creation, lead generation and sales.

Speaker A:

So it starts in June and maybe it's something you're interested in.

Speaker A:

Maybe I should talk about it publicly.

Speaker A:

But it was like one of those things.

Speaker A:

Like, I just didn't want to shift gears, right?

Speaker A:

Like, I don't want to put it out there because I've been doing the birthday specials and then like, it just feels like all the things.

Speaker A:

But it was like, I know I can run this privately and I can talk to people about it.

Speaker A:

And so I put it out there.

Speaker A:

And that's exactly.

Speaker A:

It was like, hey, what if we created this like 90 day summer sprint very heavily focused on like making sure you get your offers dialed in, making sure you've got a lead generation and marketing strategy that's simple, right?

Speaker A:

It's summer one that actually works and moves the needle.

Speaker A:

And then like, you know how to close these clients.

Speaker A:

You've got a follow up strategy, you've got a nurture strategy.

Speaker A:

Like, would that feel like a little easier?

Speaker A:

Would you enjoy that?

Speaker A:

And they were like, I had a couple of people say, like, this is exactly what I am feeling like I need.

Speaker A:

Okay, done.

Speaker A:

Let's do it.

Speaker A:

I wrote it up, I put it on Google Doc, I picked a price and I sold it.

Speaker A:

That's how simple it gets to be.

Speaker A:

And it's fun.

Speaker A:

And I cannot freaking wait to run this summer program alongside the Focus Visionary, which has gone nowhere, which I also just sold to somebody because it was the better fit for them.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

So that's what I'm saying, okay?

Speaker A:

That's all I'm saying is like, it doesn't have to feel so restricted.

Speaker A:

You don't have to put yourself into this box and like, just roll with it, okay?

Speaker A:

That's my motto right now, is like, we never know what the economy is going to throw at us.

Speaker A:

And all I know is that I'm going to have an offer ready and waiting for whatever economy we are.

Speaker A:

And I know that that is not the mindset of a lot of coaches.

Speaker A:

And I know that there are other coaches out there and consultants and strategists that would say, michelle, you're crazy.

Speaker A:

You should be going after.

Speaker A:

You know, you should have stuck with what you're doing.

Speaker A:

But you know what?

Speaker A:

I really, again, I don't care what they think because at the end of the day, my bills are paid, my husband and I are happy, I am feeling good, I am feeling energized, I am having fun, and that is all that freaking matters.

Speaker A:

All right?

Speaker A:

So I love you, I believe in you.

Speaker A:

And if you want some information about the Summer Sprint.

Speaker A:

I'm happy to share it with you.

Speaker A:

I'll happily send you over the Google Doc.

Speaker A:

It's, it's a low ticket offer, but I'm super excited about it.

Speaker A:

So anyway, I love you.

Speaker A:

I believe in you.

Speaker A:

Thanks for sticking with this crazy episode.

Speaker A:

They won't all be like this, but yeah, I'm just getting real and I'm getting honest.
