Doubt is sneaky! It creeps into our lives and businesses, often disguising itself as procrastination or the infamous "I'll wait until I'm ready" excuse.
In this episode, we dive deep into how doubt holds us back from taking action and making decisions.
I share a personal story about my own struggles with self-doubt, especially when it comes to stepping into rooms where I feel like I don’t belong. But here’s the kicker: successful people feel doubt too, but they don’t let it stop them. So, let’s chat about how we can recognize doubt, push through it, and finally say, “Heck yes, I’m ready!”

Let's talk about doubt, right?
Speaker A:How it shows up in your business.
Speaker A:And doubt is sneaky because a lot of times doubt doesn't show up as I can't do this.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:It shows up more as procrastination, as researching, waiting until you feel ready.
Speaker A:It could show up as delaying decisions, second guessing your skills, and holding you back from taking action.
Speaker A:And a lot of times we let doubt control us, and that's what keeps us stuck.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:And I've got a really powerful example of this in my own business that I want to share with you today.
Speaker A:And just some other examples and ways that doubt kind of creeps in and how you can move beyond it.
Speaker A:So that's what we're talking about today.
Speaker A:If you're ready, we're diving in.
Speaker A:All right, so I want to share and start with.
Speaker A:You start this episode off with like a personal, personal story that's.
Speaker A:That's happened quite often, right.
Speaker A:Or quite a bit for me.
Speaker A:And this is something that I'm really working on.
Speaker A:And I am always 100% transparency.
Speaker A:I believe in full transparency because I think a lot of people's perception of my business or other people's business, right, Is that things are going amazing and oh my gosh, you're going, you're doing so well and you're, you know, things are great.
Speaker A:You know, you just think that, like, everything is sunshine and, you know, rainbows for other people's business and not realizing and maybe you know it deep down, but like, it's hard to believe it because you're only.
Speaker A:Your perception is your perception, right?
Speaker A:And so I recently attended a two day in person business conference.
Speaker A:It was hosted by a guy by the name of Jake Valentine, who I have followed for, I don't know, probably four years now.
Speaker A:I think I maybe found him.
Speaker A:I'm pretty sure I found him right before COVID so that's even longer, right?
Speaker A:Anyway, I think we're connected on Facebook somewhere somehow.
Speaker A:And he does in person events and he hosts a lot of events.
Speaker A:He hosts a lot of workshops and masterclasses.
Speaker A:He has a massive Facebook group.
Speaker A:It's all speakers, authors and coaches, right?
Speaker A:Like, that's his brand, the Speakers Authors, Coaches Network.
Speaker A:And I, for five years have told myself that I was not ready to be in his room, right?
Speaker A:Because, yeah, I was a coach, but man, these coaches look like they're way further than me.
Speaker A:And yeah, these are.
Speaker A:These are like big time speakers.
Speaker A:Like, they're.
Speaker A:They've got their speaker reels, they've got their speaker sheets.
Speaker A:Like they're getting paid to speak.
Speaker A:They're keynote speakers.
Speaker A:Yeah, that's not me.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:And I'm not an author either.
Speaker A:Right, Right.
Speaker A:So I doubted myself.
Speaker A:I didn't really engage in his.
Speaker A:In his Facebook group at all.
Speaker A:I just kind of silently watched and waited.
Speaker A:You know, I'm not a speaker yet.
Speaker A:I don't think I'm up to his level yet.
Speaker A:I'm probably.
Speaker A:I don't deserve to be in that room yet.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Like, this constant state of doubt.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:And this is not the only thing.
Speaker A:This is not the only time I have shied away from reaching out or showing up to events or signing up for workshops or putting myself in rooms of people that I.
Speaker A:I have followed and respect simply because I doubted my own ability or, you know, whether or not I belonged in the room.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Like, was I ready to be in the room?
Speaker A: ing on the year at the end of: Speaker A:I was going to get myself back into bigger rooms, Right.
Speaker A:Like, I was going to start doing more in person, networking, more conferences.
Speaker A:And I just wanted to be around, you know, and put myself in front of other people.
Speaker A:And so in November, right around Black Friday, he said that he was bringing back the speakers.
Speaker A:Authors Coaches Summit was going to be in Orlando.
Speaker A:And I was like, ah, sweet.
Speaker A:That's driving distance.
Speaker A:I can stay with my brother if you are on my email newsletter.
Speaker A:You.
Speaker A:You heard about this.
Speaker A:I'll tell you what, Like, I just bought the ticket before I even had the chance to talk myself out of it.
Speaker A:And I was like, nope, I'm going to be in that room because I'm working on it.
Speaker A:I've done a couple speaking gigs.
Speaker A:I'm moving into my eighth year as a coach consultant.
Speaker A:Like, I'm going to go and be in that room.
Speaker A:And let me tell you something.
Speaker A:I walked into that room, I started having conversations.
Speaker A:I was talking with Jake, talking with his associate.
Speaker A:I could have been in that room five years ago.
Speaker A:And honestly, would I be further along as a speaker if I had a hundred thousand percent?
Speaker A:The only thing that maybe would have stopped me from being further along if I had done that was just my own doubt, my own belief in my system, in myself, Right?
Speaker A:And this is the thing is, like, we always wait.
Speaker A:This is what I'm talking about with doubt, right?
Speaker A:There's imposter syndrome, there's comparisonitis, there's all these things.
Speaker A:But, like, let's really talk about doubt, because doubt is the thing, to me, that keeps us in this state of overanalyzing the.
Speaker A:I'm not ready yet.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:I can't take action yet because I just don't think I'm ready.
Speaker A:Let me do a little bit more research.
Speaker A:Let me overthink this a little bit more.
Speaker A:Let me delay.
Speaker A:You know, I'm gonna delay this decision, because what if I choose the wrong path?
Speaker A:What if I decide the wrong thing?
Speaker A:What if I.
Speaker A:What if I end wanting to change my mind?
Speaker A:I don't know if this is really the way I want to go.
Speaker A:This is all doubt, right?
Speaker A:You can call this indecision.
Speaker A:You can call this overthinking.
Speaker A:You can call this perfectionism.
Speaker A:At the end of the day, it all comes back to doubting ourselves, doubting our skills, doubting our knowledge.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:And just not having that full belief in ourselves.
Speaker A:And so sometimes when we procrastinate or we don't make these decisions, we think we're protecting ourselves.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:Like, nope.
Speaker A:We're.
Speaker A:We're just.
Speaker A:We're making sure that we're ready.
Speaker A:We're.
Speaker A:You know, we convince ourselves that the reason that we're taking so long to make a decision is because, you know, we want to make sure we do it right.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:I've told myself this.
Speaker A:Like, how many of you are shaking your head right now?
Speaker A:I hope, like, as you're.
Speaker A:As you're listening, you're shaking your head, you're going, yeah.
Speaker A:Mm.
Speaker A:Yep.
Speaker A:I want to make sure I do this right.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:I hear you.
Speaker A:I see you.
Speaker A:I hear you, and I see you.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:But it's paralyzing.
Speaker A:It is absolutely paralyzing because it's constant.
Speaker A:One thing just moves to the next to the next, and we push through something.
Speaker A:And that next thing, you know, it's like, oh, I don't know.
Speaker A:Maybe I shouldn't do that.
Speaker A:Maybe I should.
Speaker A:You know, I don't know if I'm ready.
Speaker A:Like, I.
Speaker A:I'm telling you, like, I am doing this so much right now in my business, and I'm recognizing it, and that's why I'm sharing it with you, because I want you to also understand that successful people don't feel less doubt that.
Speaker A:They also doubt themselves.
Speaker A:They also come up against this.
Speaker A:But the difference is, is they don't let it stop them.
Speaker A:And this is something I'm working really hard on right now, is not letting it stop me.
Speaker A:Yes, there is doubt there.
Speaker A:Yes, there is.
Speaker A:Overthinking there?
Speaker A:Yes, there is.
Speaker A:Like, am I really ready?
Speaker A:One of the exercises that we did at that conference was this.
Speaker A:It was a creative exercise, but basically it was like, what.
Speaker A:What do you need?
Speaker A:What would you tell yourself?
Speaker A:Or, like, what do you need to do to shift yourself to.
Speaker A:To really step into and own this next level of growth?
Speaker A:He called it your next grand adventure.
Speaker A:You know, and one of the things that I wrote down was be the person everybody else thinks you are.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:And I really.
Speaker A:I want to share that with you.
Speaker A:Like, this is super vulnerable for me to share this, but, you know, I.
Speaker A:One of the things that I really struggle with is when people say to me, like, wow, Michelle, it looks like your business is doing amazing.
Speaker A:Like, things are really popping for you.
Speaker A:You're doing good.
Speaker A:I see you're doing this.
Speaker A:You're all over the place.
Speaker A:Like, you've got your program, you're doing these speaking opportunities, right?
Speaker A:Like, things are good.
Speaker A:And like, my immediate.
Speaker A:My immediate reaction is, well, I'm glad you think so, right?
Speaker A:Like, I doubt myself.
Speaker A:I doubt that.
Speaker A:Like, what does that.
Speaker A:And we were doing this paired exercise with each other, like, with a partner.
Speaker A:And I said, you know, like, I need to have full belief in myself, right?
Speaker A:Because believe is the opposite of doubt.
Speaker A:And she said to me, what does it feel like in your body to have full belief in yourself?
Speaker A:Like, what does that feel like?
Speaker A:And so these are just some things, like, I want.
Speaker A:And it's hard to.
Speaker A:I want you to ask yourself that question, like, what does it feel like when you are in full belief of yourself?
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:And how can you move beyond this doubt?
Speaker A:So, because doubt is always going to creep in, right?
Speaker A:Like, there are certain things, like, you're going to push through it, you're going to get more confident in it, and then you're going to move beyond.
Speaker A:Like, doubt's not going to show up as much, but then there's going to be something down the line where doubt is going to creep in, right?
Speaker A:And so I want you to really think about and understand that, like, you don't become confident first, right?
Speaker A:Like, you do not overcome doubt.
Speaker A:And then, you know, all of a sudden, when I get confident in this, I'll do this, and then I'll take action, right?
Speaker A:Like, what gives you the confidence is taking the action, right?
Speaker A:So you can't wait for your confidence to come, because the confidence that you're looking for and the confidence that you're craving comes from taking the action and doing the thing and getting better at it and getting More confident in it, right?
Speaker A:And so there are a lot of things in my business that I am really freaking confident in, right?
Speaker A:There are.
Speaker A:There are just things that I know.
Speaker A:Like, I am confident in my ability to produce a podcast.
Speaker A:I am confident in my.
Speaker A:In the focus visionary, in the framework.
Speaker A:Like, I am so confident in that.
Speaker A:I am confident in my ability to help people create a strategic plan.
Speaker A:I am confident.
Speaker A:Like, there are so many things that I am confident in, right?
Speaker A:But there are so many things that I doubt myself in, too.
Speaker A:But the thing is, the things that I doubt myself in are simply because I haven't done a lot of them, right?
Speaker A:Why?
Speaker A:Because I sit here and overthink it and I paralyze myself, right?
Speaker A:And so I want you to take a minute and come back to this episode with maybe a journal.
Speaker A:And I want you to ask yourself, like, what decisions have you been delaying?
Speaker A:Because doubt is holding you back.
Speaker A:I'll give you another one.
Speaker A:Like, I am.
Speaker A:And I'm going to talk about this on another episode, but I really am start.
Speaker A:I want to move into and create.
Speaker A:There's two things I am trying to create inside my business.
Speaker A:There is a collaborative, like, expert, like podcast summit that I'm trying to create, and also a substack publication and articles.
Speaker A:But I am driving myself crazy around titles, around consistency, around what am I going to talk about?
Speaker A:How am I going to position myself as the expert?
Speaker A:What should I call it?
Speaker A:How am I going to make sure I'm drawing in the right audience?
Speaker A:What?
Speaker A:You know, what if they don't understand it?
Speaker A:What if they don't resonate with this?
Speaker A:Some people are going to resonate with this title.
Speaker A:Some people aren't, right?
Speaker A:Like, you hear these thoughts.
Speaker A:You hear them.
Speaker A:I guarantee these thoughts are going through your head too, right?
Speaker A:And it's just paralyzing.
Speaker A:And so what decision have you been delaying, right?
Speaker A:And then where are you making excuses instead of taking action?
Speaker A:And I actually had a client call me out on this recently of like, oh, yeah, but I'm waiting on this.
Speaker A:And this is what I'm thinking.
Speaker A:And she was like, why?
Speaker A:Why are you waiting on that?
Speaker A:You don't need that.
Speaker A:Do you have this, this and this.
Speaker A:And so I, you know, it's so easy.
Speaker A:I love being.
Speaker A:This is the.
Speaker A:The beautiful thing about having somebody else in your corner, right?
Speaker A:And being able.
Speaker A:This is why I feel like nobody should do business alone.
Speaker A:This is my right here is because doubt will paralyze you.
Speaker A:Doubt will keep you stuck.
Speaker A:And it is all like, I don't Care how much mindset work you do.
Speaker A:Doubt will always come in.
Speaker A:It just does.
Speaker A:Okay, and so what is something that you know you should be doing or should.
Speaker A:You know, I hate that word you could be doing, but you keep avoiding it, right?
Speaker A:Where are you making excuses?
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:So really, really think about those things.
Speaker A:Okay?
Speaker A:And then also, I want you to shift.
Speaker A:Let's reframe this, okay?
Speaker A:So we know where it's creeping in.
Speaker A:We know where it's holding us back.
Speaker A:We know, like, okay, I hear you.
Speaker A:I see you.
Speaker A:I acknowledge you.
Speaker A:But how can we reframe this as a normal part of growth, Right?
Speaker A:Because this is growth.
Speaker A:This is growth as a business owner.
Speaker A:This is growth as you stepping into the CEO.
Speaker A:This is growth from you going from this highly paid, highly skilled professional as an expert to, like, now what?
Speaker A:Now what do I do?
Speaker A:You mean I have to actually look at my numbers in my business?
Speaker A:You mean I actually have to make decisions?
Speaker A:Like, you know, you want me to be proactive?
Speaker A:Like, this is scary.
Speaker A:Like, I hear it all the time.
Speaker A:Like, Michelle, I'm really good at what I do, but I've never been a business owner, right?
Speaker A:Like, business is not my thing.
Speaker A:I just started this business because people started paying me or I knew that I had.
Speaker A:I knew that it could be a business because I.
Speaker A:I had these skills and people needed them, but I had never run a business before, right?
Speaker A:And so this doubt starts creeping in, and that's growth.
Speaker A:And that's okay because you're going to grow through it.
Speaker A:You're going to grow through the doubt, all right?
Speaker A:And so it doesn't mean stop, right?
Speaker A:Anytime you hear doubt or, like, you feel this doubt creeping in, I want you to understand and recognize that this does not mean stop, right?
Speaker A:This means keep going.
Speaker A:This means I'm giving you an opportunity to grow.
Speaker A:Are you going to push through it?
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:How are you going to stretch yourself?
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:That's what you want to, like, reframe that.
Speaker A:So when you feel like, I'm just not ready yet.
Speaker A:Why.
Speaker A:How can you reframe that?
Speaker A:How can you reframe it and put yourself into a place of.
Speaker A:What is this trying to teach me?
Speaker A:How is this trying to get me to stretch?
Speaker A:How is this trying to get me to grow?
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:Like, really think about it from that perspective.
Speaker A:And then also understand that every successful business owner has felt unqualified at some point.
Speaker A:They're always gonna, like, as they reach these new levels of growth, doubt's gonna continue to creep in.
Speaker A:And so a couple things that you can do to help move you through doubt and take action anyways is one.
Speaker A:This is where that little bit of impulsivity helps, right?
Speaker A:So like, same with this conference.
Speaker A:I was like, nope, I'm gonna be in the room.
Speaker A:And as soon, as soon as tickets go on sale, I'm gonna buy it.
Speaker A:And that's what it was.
Speaker A:I was waiting.
Speaker A:It was a Black Friday offer and I was out shopping with my mom and my brother and I was waiting and I got the email and I bought the ticket, like, literally from a parking lot.
Speaker A:Was like, I have got to secure this ticket.
Speaker A:Because I didn't want to talk myself out of it.
Speaker A:I didn't want to talk myself out of it.
Speaker A:So I don't know if you've read that book by mel Robbins, the five second rule.
Speaker A:Five, four, three, two, one.
Speaker A:Move.
Speaker A:Five, four, three, Two, one.
Speaker A:Go.
Speaker A:Five, four, three, 2, one.
Speaker A:Make a decision, right?
Speaker A:Like, just give yourself a deadline to make a decision.
Speaker A:And that's, that's another one that.
Speaker A:So you can use the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Speaker A:The five second rule or you can give yourself deadlines.
Speaker A:So that's something I, I'm working on, right?
Speaker A:Is like, I have given myself a deadline to take action on this new publication that I want to start, and I have like another day and a half to do it.
Speaker A:Like, there is just a deadline.
Speaker A:Like, it's not.
Speaker A:Here's the other thing I think is really super important in a lot of things is a lot of the things that we doubt and we overthink and we, we hold up on, like, are not that freaking important, right?
Speaker A:Like, why am I sitting here doubt?
Speaker A:Like, I'm sitting here overthinking and overanalyzing this publication all because I'm, like, nervous it's not going to resonate when I don't even know because I haven't even tried and I haven't even put one article out there, right?
Speaker A:Like, so how can I convince myself that in doubt that it's not going to resonate when I haven't even freaking done anything with it?
Speaker A:And if it doesn't resonate, what's the worst that happens?
Speaker A:You pivot, right?
Speaker A:You learn something, you're going to find there's going to be something that resonates and then you decide, like, okay, do I want to pivot?
Speaker A:Do I want to start talking a little bit more about this?
Speaker A:Do I talk a little bit more about that, right?
Speaker A:Like, there's so many things, you know, and so just understand that, like, there's always room where you can just pivot and make changes, right?
Speaker A:Like, that's growth too.
Speaker A:That's part of the business growth in general.
Speaker A:All right?
Speaker A:And so the other thing that you can do to move through doubt is make a micro decision, right?
Speaker A:Like one little small decision.
Speaker A:So a lot of times of like, you know, we overanalyze and overthink these things because we're trying to make this really super big decision.
Speaker A:But like, what is one small action you can take?
Speaker A:What is.
Speaker A:And I talk about this all the time, you know, this about breaking things down into these smaller, more bite sized, easy, easy to execute, easy to obtain, easy to like, okay, it's not that scary.
Speaker A:What is one thing again?
Speaker A:Take action, get confident in it.
Speaker A:If you can do it once, you can do it twice.
Speaker A:If you can do it twice, you can do it three times, right?
Speaker A:And so really thinking about that is like, what is one small action?
Speaker A:So for me, with this publication, pick a freaking name, Pick a freaking name and put an article up there.
Speaker A:That's it.
Speaker A:That's a really small action I can take.
Speaker A:It's a really small action.
Speaker A:You know, it's that it's.
Speaker A:And none of it is that crucial.
Speaker A:It's not.
Speaker A:That's the thing.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:And then another thing that you can do, and this is something that I find very helpful, is to think about a time when you doubted yourself in a different situation.
Speaker A:How did you move through it and what came from it, right?
Speaker A:And remember, and looking back and like, remembering, if I did this once, I can do it again, right?
Speaker A:There are.
Speaker A:There's been so many moments in your life where doubt has creeped in, where you've kind of questioned whether or not it was, you know, you were ready or.
Speaker A:And you made, you made the decision, you took the action, you did the scary thing.
Speaker A:So, like, even now, like, knowing that, like, I walked into that room, I didn't know a single person, I walked away with amazing contacts.
Speaker A:I felt like almost annoyed at myself.
Speaker A:Like, why did you feel like now?
Speaker A:Yeah, you, you should have been here five years ago because you are.
Speaker A:You're actually five years ahead of half of these people as far as time in business.
Speaker A:But they're further, you know, because they chose to take action before they were ready or when they, you know, and it's like, man, I'm over here eight years in business.
Speaker A:I've done this, this, this and this.
Speaker A:And like, so there's a lot of things I've done that they hadn't.
Speaker A:But there's a lot of things that a lot of These people had done.
Speaker A:And they're far less.
Speaker A:They're like a couple years in a business, right?
Speaker A:So just also remember, like, if you did it once, you can do it again.
Speaker A:Put yourself in the damn room.
Speaker A:That's what I keep telling myself.
Speaker A:Like, put yourself in the damn room.
Speaker A:Stop questioning whether or not you're ready.
Speaker A:And even if you're not ready, like, okay, what.
Speaker A:What would have happened if I had walked into that room and said, I've never spoke on a stage before, but I would really like to do some more speaking?
Speaker A:I've really actually never taught a workshop, but I really think I would like to, don't you?
Speaker A:That's the whole point.
Speaker A:That's what they're there to do, is to help.
Speaker A:The worst thing that would have happened is they would have said, okay, let's figure out how to help you get there.
Speaker A:What does it look like?
Speaker A:What's holding you back?
Speaker A:That's the whole point.
Speaker A:You know what I mean?
Speaker A:I can't tell you how many people say to me all the time, michelle, I'm not ready for your program.
Speaker A:I'm not ready for the Focus Visionary accelerator.
Speaker A:I'm not ready for it because I haven't done this.
Speaker A:I haven't done this.
Speaker A:I don't have this.
Speaker A:I don't have that.
Speaker A:No, I'm here to tell you you are ready.
Speaker A:You are ready to be in the room.
Speaker A:There are people in that room.
Speaker A:So even for.
Speaker A:I want you to hear this, like, if you have been questioning whether or not you are ready to be in the room of the.
Speaker A:With the Focus Visionary, I'm telling you, you are.
Speaker A:You are ready to be in the room at the retreat if you want to come to the retreat in November.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:Like, I promise you, I will welcome you with open arms no matter where you are at in your business, and so will everyone else.
Speaker A:And I can promise this with a guarantee because I know for a fact that is what happens.
Speaker A:I've seen it multiple times.
Speaker A:I've put myself in rooms, and that's what's happened.
Speaker A:You know, even last year, I said yes to joining a mastermind again.
Speaker A:That I didn't have any idea of what I was doing or who I was.
Speaker A:But I was like, you know what?
Speaker A:I'm going to do it.
Speaker A:I'm going to say yes.
Speaker A:And it's been the best investment, one of the best investments I've ever made in my business.
Speaker A:So I'm telling you, you are ready to be in the room.
Speaker A:You are ready to say yes.
Speaker A:You are ready to make the decision.
Speaker A:But doubt is holding you back.
Speaker A:So five, four, three, two, one.
Speaker A:Say yes.
Speaker A:Say yes to yourself.
Speaker A:Five, four, three, two, one.
Speaker A:Have that five seconds of belief.
Speaker A:That's all you need.
Speaker A:You need five seconds of belief in yourself to move past that doubt to make the decision.
Speaker A:All right?
Speaker A:You can do this.
Speaker A:You are ready, all right?
Speaker A:And what you need to just understand is that doubt is never going to stop creeping in.
Speaker A:It's.
Speaker A:It's a sneaky little.
Speaker A:Sneaky little thing, and it's going to keep on.
Speaker A:But what you can do is recognize it, acknowledge it, say, I hear you, I see you.
Speaker A:I appreciate you, but I am done letting you hold me back.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:And you're going to move through it.
Speaker A:And that's not easy to do on your own.
Speaker A:I can promise you that.
Speaker A:I can tell you that is not easy to do on your own.
Speaker A:And you don't have to.
Speaker A:You do not have to.
Speaker A:All right?
Speaker A:So if you are doubting something right now, you need a little bit of assurance.
Speaker A:You need somebody to kind of give you that push.
Speaker A:You need somebody to hold you accountable, to give you that deadline to do the thing.
Speaker A:You please reach out to me, okay?
Speaker A:I want you to comment, I want you to reach out.
Speaker A:I want you to send me a dm, I want you to email me whatever works best for you.
Speaker A:All the links are in the show notes.
Speaker A:But.
Speaker A:And maybe it's just saying yes, maybe you've been listening for a long time and you're ready to say yes to that focus, visionary.
Speaker A:But man, oh, man, that doubt creeps in.
Speaker A:I want you to go on that website, I want you to click on the link in the show notes, and I want you to go say yes to yourself, all right?
Speaker A:Because I promise you, you are ready.
Speaker A:And even if you're not, I'm going to walk you through it, and so is everybody else in there.
Speaker A:That's just the thing.
Speaker A:Like, that's the thing.
Speaker A:Business owners are so much more supportive of one another than we.
Speaker A:Than we even remotely begin to think of.
Speaker A:And so maybe you might not be as far advanced or maybe you're.
Speaker A:You're going to walk in that room and be like me and be like, wow, I feel like I'm the oldest person in this room.
Speaker A:You know, not oldest meaning by age, but, like, I felt like I had been in business.
Speaker A:I probably had been in business almost the longest, aside from the owner, you know, the.
Speaker A:The guy running it.
Speaker A:But it was like, why did you.
Speaker A:This is so silly, Michelle, that you waited and waited and waited.
Speaker A:Okay, so I just had to share that with you.
Speaker A:I think this is so important.
Speaker A:I think this is one that you need to save and re listen to because this is one that's going to keep circling back around.
Speaker A:Okay, so save this one.
Speaker A:Reach out to me.
Speaker A:Go say yes to something.
Speaker A:Go say yes to something.
Speaker A:Make that decision.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:I love you, I believe in you, and I'll talk to you soon.
Speaker A:Thanks so much for listening today, but remember, now it's time to take action.
Speaker A:My goal is to get you results.
Speaker A:So what is one action you can commit to taking this week?
Speaker A:Feel free to share it with me in my DMs or tag me on your socials.
Speaker A:Not sure what action to take?
Speaker A:Grab the link in the show notes and schedule a strategic power hour.
Speaker A:We can talk through it together and get you a strategic plan of action in just 60 short minutes.
Speaker A:Oh, and one last favor.
