Maybe This Year Is Not A Growth Year [Ep. 190]

Running a business in 2023 has been a little…different. We can all agree that 2023 has been full of twists and turns. At least for me, it has. I came off of 2022, my best year yet, so freaking excited and so ready to just conquer the world. And then 2023 came in kind of flat.

2023 has been full of a lot of soul-searching, a little cussing, and some serious conversations. Here’s the truth…maybe 2023 just isn’t supposed to be a growth year. Or is it?

Truthfully 2023 has been one of my biggest growth years…just in a different way. But it didn’t start out that way. Truthfully, at one point, I was just ready to quit. I was done. I was ready to throw in the towel and go get a job. I was looking on Indeed and everything. But it’s what I did after this mini meltdown of mine that changed everything.
